- Follow our instructions and ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
- Made an order and changed your mind? You can request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return & exchange
- Returned items must be new and unused products, in perfect condition, with their original labels and packaging.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Except if items arrive different from what was ordered, damaged or defective, Buyers are responsible for all return & exchange shipping costs.
